About Us
Our Company
For small businesses, navigating the ever-changing business landscape can be difficult due to limited resources. Sohocolab is a non-profit consultancy that provides operational strategy support to micro and small businesses looking to stay ahead of their competitors. Recognizing the challenge small businesses face in reconciling the pursuit of profit with a commitment to purpose, Sohocolab emerges as a crucial facilitator to overcome this hurdle.
Empowering SMEs
We aim to bridge the gap by providing micro and small businesses with the tools, knowledge, and network needed for innovation and sustainable growth. Through specialized guidance, strategic advice, and industry expert connections, we empower these businesses to overcome resource limitations and thrive despite financial and operational constraints.
Sustainability Integration
At Sohocolab, sustainability should be integral to a business, not just an add-on. We evaluate the product development process and the operational environment to help leaders and employees understand their business dynamics. This approach helps to identify opportunities to integrate sustainable practices and enhance ecological, social, and economic outcomes.
Innovative Product Lifecycle Management
We help businesses innovate by analyzing the entire product lifecycle to reduce environmental impact, improve efficiency, and meet consumer demand for sustainability. This involves assessing and rethinking design, sourcing, production, delivery, and disposal. By understanding each business's unique environment, we tailor sustainability strategies to align with their long-term goals.
Cultivating a Sustainable Business Culture
Our mission extends beyond operational changes; we aim to instill a lasting commitment to sustainability in businesses. We help businesses lead with purpose, focusing on collaboration, innovation, and support to guide them through the transition. This ensures alignment with UNSDGs and builds a foundation of ethical practices, environmental stewardship, and community engagement.
